Why am I banned?

Disciplinary bans are associated to actions that do not uphold the Xerazx-OTS Rules These bans may be caused by, but are not limited to, staff may held other kind of banishment depend on the situation. However, this is rarely happen but just in case.

It wasn't me! Can't you do something about this?

Remember that you are fully responsible for all activity made on your account, and if suspensions or bans are incurred we will not be able to modify them. Can my account get un-banned?

Unfortunately we are unable to un-ban your account, you will need to wait till your banishment period is over. Please note that if your banishment was Permanently one, we are sorry to tell you that this account banishment will not be lifted.

Why am I banned?

We have received financial disputes against your account that has forced us to suspend your account. These disputes can range from chargebacks to unauthorized charges. 

What is a chargeback?

A chargeback is a dispute between a bank and a merchant - in this case, Xerazx-OTS. As part of this dispute, the player's bank takes money out of Xerazx's account and gives it back to the player. This means that even though we've given out content like Premium Points, we no longer have the funds that we should!

There are a lot of reasons this can happen, and not all of them are the player's fault. When we receive a chargeback on an account, we suspend the account until we're able to recover the funds and set things right. 

Can my suspension be removed?

Suspensions regarding financial disputes will vary by case, as our policies will differ depending on each individual situation. If you believe you may have been banned due to financial disputes, please contact Player Support here, and our Billing Specialists will be happy to provide you with further information specific to your account. 

What can I do to prevent these suspensions?

To protect your account from suspensions due to financial disputes, please ensure that you have the appropriate amount of credits or funds before making a monetary purchase in our store. Additionally, avoid purchasing Premium Points from third party vendors, making purchases without authorization from the cardholder, and continuously attempting to make a purchase after being declined. Above all else, keep your account safe, and do not share your password with anyone.

You are fully responsible for all activity made on your account. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please see the following Knowledge Base article for more information and instructions to help you recover your account: Account Recovery Guide. We’ll be able to address this issue in your ticket. Please also note that since our game has a trading option between players, we are only tracing the illegal obtained items and every character has any of these items. However, to make sure that your character is not touched by any of these illegal obtained items, make sure to stay away from scammers and suspected players behavior - However, we also aware that some players might be accidentally involved into a fraud case, therefore we always give you a chance to contact us with all possible details you might have to prove that you are an innocent, we will make an investigation and reply back to you as soon as possible.
