Why i didn't receive my points after purchasing points by Credit Card?
Sometimes some of our players purchases a Premium Points via Credit Card Payment Method. and they don't instantly receive their points (unlike in most cases).
The reason is : for some Credit Card Payments it takes up to 6 Hours until the payment gets confirmed and reached our Merchant Account, during those 6 hours you will receive an email notification to update you with one of Two possibilities.
- Your Payment was accepted and reached our merchant account therefor you have successfully received your Premium Points.
- Your Payment was rejected and the money has been charged back to your credit card.
If you wish to make sure that your money was charged back to your credit card, please review your Credit Card Statement after 24 hours of receiving the email notification.
